Liability and Insurance
The organizer is not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the congress. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Transfer from/to airport Fiumicino and Ciampino (Rome):
There will be a private free bus that runs on 16th June 2017(1st day of the congress) at 10:00am and at 14:00 pm; on 19th June 2017 (last day of the congress) the free bus will leave Santo Stefano di Sessanio at about 05:00 am and at 12:00 am, depending on the participants' needs. Please send your flights timetable.
If your flight arrives at a different time you can take buses leaving from the airport every hour.

The price of a single ticket is 16 Euros and the trip Rome/L'Aquila is 2 hours long. This bus stops in L'Aquila city, so please contact perilli@univaq.it for the time of your arrival in L'Aquila. In this case we will pick you up at the bus stop and take you to Santo Stefano di Sessanio.
